Shapes of a yard

1) If your yard is not rectangular see that at least Southeast and Southwest corners have a 90 degree angle.

2) If Southeast corner is projecting towards East or south there may be disputes or losses.

3) Never buy a house with a yard which is cut on the Northeast corner.

4) Factory lots should always be rectangular or square. If is rectangular the ratio between length and width preferably should be 1:2.
