Under the guidance of OSHO International, India, Heart & Soul (A center for meditation) was founded in 2001 by Swami Anand Veetrag where one can regain the power for personal health, well being, and spirituality.
Swami is a practicing Sanyasi for 30+ years, who has incorporated different meditation techniques in his daily life. In these 30+ years he has played roles of healer, meditation center co-ordinator and meditation instructor.
