Nataraj Meditation This is a 65 minute dancing meditation in three stages, with specifically created music. Disappearing in the dance, then relaxing into silence and stillness, is the route inside for this method. ?Forget the dancer, the center of the ego; become the dance. That is the meditation. Dance so deeply that you forget completely that you are dancing and begin to feel that you are the dance. The division must disappear; then it becomes a meditation. If the division is there, then it is an exercise: good, healthy, but it cannot be said to be spiritual. It is just a simple dance. Dance is good in itself as far as it goes it is good. Nababrahma Meditatation

Nadabrahma meditation lasts for one hour and has three stages. It is a sitting method, in which humming and hand movements create an inner balance, a harmony between mind and body. Suitable for any time of the day, have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least fifteen minutes afterwards.

So in Nadabrahma, remember this: let the body and mind be totally together, but remember that you have to become a witness. Get out of them, easily, slowly, from the back door, with no fight, with no struggle. They are drinking - you get out, and watch from the outside....? Osho

First Stage: 30 minutes

Sit in a relaxed position with eyes closed. With lips together, start humming, loud enough so that if you are doing it with others, you can be heard by them. This will create a vibration in your body. You can visualize a hollow tube or vessel filled only with the vibrations of the humming. A point will come when the humming continues by itself and you become the listener. There is no special breathing, and you can alter the pitch, and move your body smoothly and slowly, if you feel to.

Second Stage: 15 minutes

This stage is divided into two segments, of seven and a half minutes each. For the first part, move the hands, palms upwards, in an outward, circular motion. Starting at the navel, both hands move forward and then divide to make two large circles mirroring each other left and right. The movement should be so slow that at times there will appear to be no movement at all. Feel that you are giving energy outwards to the universe. After seven and a half minutes, the music will change and you turn your hands palm downwards, and start moving them in the opposite direction. Now the hands will come together towards the navel and divide outwards towards the side of the body. Feel that you are taking energy in. As in the first stage, don't inhibit any soft, slow movements of the rest of your body.

Third Stage: 15 minutes

Sit absolutely quiet and still.

This meditation lasts for one hour and has four stages, three with music, and the last without. Kundalini acts like an energetic shower, softly shaking you free of your day and leaving you refreshed and mellow.

First Stage: 15 minutes Be loose and let your whole body shake, feeling the energies moving up from your feet. Let go everywhere and become the shaking. Your eyes may be open or closed. Dynamic Meditation lasts one hour and is in five stages. It can be done alone, and will be even more powerful if it is done with a group. Third Stage: 10 minutes With raised arms, jump up and down shouting the mantra, "Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!" as deeply as possible. Each time you land, on the flats of your feet, jUmp on your heels, let the sound hammer deep into the sex center. Give all you have; exhaust yourself totally.

Fourth Stage: 15 minutes Stop! Freeze wherever you are, in whatever position you find yourself. Don?t arrange the body in any way. A cough, a movement anything will dissipate the energy flow and the effort will be lost. Be a witness to everything that is happening to you.

Fifth Stage: 15 minutes Celebrate through dance, expressing your gratitude towards the whole. Carry your happiness with you throughout the day

How do I know which meditations to choose?

Sharir Preksha

Sharir (body) Preksha Meditation: In this we have to see the body not with open eyes but with mind, eyes are closed.Mind goes to each and every organ and experience the changes,vibrations,emotions like a viewer.The feel of cloth sweat, itching, pain what ever you experience just see with the eye.Explain this during the training for beginners.

Lower body

Focus the mind on the right feet toe. Mind is traveling through all parts. Experience the vibrations. Only know and experience. Just know without any like or dislike. Same ways in toes bottom feet,heel, ankle, knee, thigh, abdomen...In every part preksha for 30 to 60 seconds.See the vibrations.. Bring the focus in third or fourth body part.

The same way left feet....(name the part of the body and preksha upto 60 seconds...This completes the lower part of the body.

Middle body

Now to the middle part of the body. In the abdomen travel, left, right, front and back, inside and outside. In every part establish the mind and feel any vibrations, only watch (30-60 seconds).Now travel the stomach and adjoining areas (60 seconds-120 seconds). Now inside the stomach, both kidneys, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, deodinum,liver, upto diaphragm every part stop and watch(20-30 seconds).

Now go to chest area and adjoining, travel left, right, inside,outside,front, back. Now preksha in each of the parts. Feel the vital force and vibrations, heat....right muscles,...left muscles, right lungs,left lungs, back...spine, spinal cord,head of the spinal cord.

Now preksha on both hands, thumb,finger, palm...wrist...to elbow, elbow to shoulders...same way from left thumb to left hand should preksha each every part.

Throat...voice box...neck...in every part mind is travelling. We come to the end of middle part preksha.

Upper body

Now the upper part of the body chin...lips...mouth....jaws...teeth...tongue,Rt cheek, left cheek,, nose, right eye,..left eye..,right ear lobe...,right ear,left ear lobe, left ear, forehead, head. Travel every part.

Now travel the whole body. If you are standing do in this pose. Mind has this capacity that it can focus in one place and it can be in all the place.Take the mind to both the big toes of the feet. Now let mind take the shape of the body and travel from head to toe.

Also attach breathing with this preksha. Touch ever cell of the body,every atom of the body is vibrating with consciousness and life force. Feel the electricity of this life force in whole body.Touch of cloth, sweat, itching,pulsating, pain, what ever you see feel it. Now do the travel in slow speed. Where you feel discomfort or blocking, stop for a few moments and just know and be...(3 minutes)

Antaryatra (intra travel in spinal cord)

second step of preksha meditation Alternative 1 for beginners:Take the mind to shakti kendra(last vertebrae of spinal cord). Raise the mind through the cord and bring to the knowledge center(Gyan kendra). Same way bring it back to the shakti kendra bottom of the spinal cord(energy center).From up and down down and up through the spinal cord intra travel keeps happening. Feel the vibration and life force in the spinal cord. let the entire conscious being come to spinal cord. after 1-2 minutes travel the mind with same rhythm as breathing. While breathing out the mind travels up through spinal cord and while breathing in mind travels down through the spinal cord to wards the energy center.(A good example is a Blood Pressure monitor equipment and how the liquid mercury travels up and down.Explain during training.)

Alternate 2:For established practitioners. Take mind to energy center,Bring up via spinal cord. Get it to anand kendra center of bliss or heart center.Bring mind down the same way.Through spinal cord mind travels up and down. All focus will be on the path of the travel.From the center of bliss go the Center of energy (Shakti kendra) and back to center of bliss.All attention should on the path, experience the life force and vibrations.The speed of mind should be associated with breathing. While inhaling mind travels from center of bliss to center of energy and exhaling bring mind from center of energy to center of bliss.

Alternate 3: Everything is as in alternate 2 . Mind goes to peace (Shanti) center. Then go to all kendras and come back to center of peace.
